5. What are Aanvi’s shipping charges?
Aanvi offers free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a ₹99 shipping charge applies. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes on orders up to ₹2000, with a small additional charge visible at checkout.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12 PM on working days are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or holidays are dispatched within 2 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey.
7. What is Aanvi’s return and replacement policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for customers who wish to return a product. Customers will need to ship the product back to us on their own, and return shipping charges are not reimbursed. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
