Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  

• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹99 will apply.
  

• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  

• Available for select pin codes only.
  

• COD is applicable for orders up to ₹2000.
  

• Additional COD charges (visible at checkout) will apply.
  

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 12 PM on working days will be dispatched the next business day.
  

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Aanvi, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you receive from us. Each design is crafted with care and quality, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it — no questions asked.

Please note:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  

• The return has to be initiated and shipped back by the customer.
  

• Aanvi does not reimburse return shipping costs at this time.
  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Replacement Policy

Received a damaged or wrong product? We’re sorry that happened.
To request a replacement:

• Drop us an email at support@aanvi.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  

• Please include your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit note — whichever you prefer.
